Yes. Once the spray has dried — typically about 30 minutes after application — the treated area is safe for children and pets. We recommend staying indoors during treatment and for 30 minutes afterward. We also offer eco-friendly treatment options using plant-based ingredients.
Seasonal plan pricing starts at $79 per visit for properties under 1/4 acre, with 7 treatments from April through October. One-time treatments start at $99. Add tick control for $35 per visit. Event sprays are a $149 flat rate. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
Mosquito season in Michigan runs from late April through mid-October, with peak activity in June, July, and August. We recommend starting treatments in April before populations build up for the best results.
Our standard barrier spray provides protection for up to 21 days. Our seasonal plan includes 7 treatments approximately every 3 weeks from April through October. Eco-friendly treatments last 14-17 days and may require more frequent applications.
Light rain after the spray has dried will not significantly reduce effectiveness. If heavy rain occurs within 24 hours of treatment, contact us and we will retreat your property at no additional charge.
No. You do not need to be home during treatment. Just let us know about any gate codes or pet access considerations. We will notify you before arriving and send a post-treatment summary by email.
Yes. Every treatment includes our satisfaction guarantee. If mosquitoes become a problem between scheduled visits, contact us and we will retreat your property at no additional cost.

Yes. Mosquito Time is a licensed pesticide applicator and carries full liability insurance. Our technicians are trained and certified to apply mosquito control products safely and effectively.
Yes. While we recommend completing all 7 treatments for best results, you can cancel your seasonal plan at any time. You will only be billed for treatments already completed. No cancellation fees.
Yes. We offer tick control as an add-on to any barrier spray service for $35 per visit. This targets deer ticks (black-legged ticks) that can carry Lyme disease, which are increasingly common in the Ann Arbor area.
We use commercial-grade, EPA-registered insecticides effective against Aedes and Culex mosquito species. We also offer eco-friendly options using pyrethrins from chrysanthemum flowers combined with essential oils like cedar, lemongrass, and rosemary.
