Michigan's mosquito season runs from late April through mid-October, with peak activity in June, July, and August. The Huron River, numerous creeks, and abundant wetlands in Washtenaw County create ideal breeding conditions, and mosquito populations can explode after heavy spring rains. Our seasonal plan is designed to get ahead of these population surges and keep them suppressed all season long.

Here's how the seasonal plan works. We schedule your 7 treatments approximately every 21 days, starting in April and running through October. Each visit includes a full perimeter barrier spray treatment plus a property inspection for standing water and breeding sites. Your technician will note any changes to your property that could affect mosquito populations and provide recommendations.

Seasonal plan pricing is based on property size: $79 per visit for yards under 1/4 acre, $99 per visit for 1/4 to 1/2 acre, and $139 per visit for 1/2 to 1 acre. Properties over 1 acre receive custom quotes. These rates represent a significant savings compared to booking 7 individual one-time treatments.

You can add tick control to your seasonal plan for an additional $35 per visit. This is especially popular in areas bordering wooded spaces and parks, where deer ticks carrying Lyme disease are a growing concern in Michigan.

Every seasonal plan includes our satisfaction guarantee. If mosquitoes become a problem between scheduled visits, call us and we'll send a technician for a free re-treatment within 48 hours. We also provide priority scheduling — seasonal plan customers are always scheduled before one-time bookings.

Scheduling is flexible. We'll work around your calendar and provide advance notice before each visit. Most treatments take 15 to 30 minutes, and you don't need to be home — just let us know about any gate codes or pet access considerations.

Payment options include full-season prepayment at a 5% discount or monthly billing spread across the season. We accept all major credit cards, and seasonal plans can be renewed year after year with the same technician whenever possible.
